The implications here of non-resistance would be critical then of the wooden dummy for training. Mat would say it doesnt resist or hit back.
MMmmm. Something to think about. But neither does a kick bag and you are forced to move around it. And the shapes you pull on it can be diverse, so I would not worry too much about criticism of dummy use alone. I think the over honing of the form on the dummy alone would be counter productive, because the sequences may get burned in.
